Warranty Claims
If you experience a problem that you believe may be covered by warranty, contact us with your order information, motor model, serial number and a description of the issue.
Warranty claims are evaluated according to the applicable manufacturer’s terms and procedures.
Proper Use & Maintenance
Owners should follow the operating, break-in, maintenance, storage and service requirements provided by the manufacturer for their particular outboard.
Manufacturer warranty coverage generally does not replace normal maintenance and may exclude issues caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, neglect, improper maintenance or other circumstances identified in the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Important Warranty Notice
Warranty terms are determined by the applicable manufacturer and may differ between Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda products. The warranty documentation supplied or applicable to your particular motor should be treated as the controlling warranty terms.
